It was a glorious sunny day on May 18th when a large crowd gathered at the corner of Baker and Central in Grimsby, for the Key Ceremony at our newest Habitat for Humanity Niagara Build.  Championed by Grimsby Rotary @Noon, this was a community build with land donated by Vera Engel-Ricer and Sam Ricer, and major sponsors including John Deere, Grimsby Benevolent, and the Town of Grimsby, among others.   The ceremony saw speaches from Ross McCallum, representing both Rotary@Noon and Habitat, Alastair Davis, Habitat -Niagara CEO, Grimsby Mayor Bob Bentley, and Eduardo, Vanesa and their three children, the appreciative family who has contributed over 500 sweat-equity hours of work for Habitat.
